Introduction of PayByLink
PayByLink
We will soon start using a new system, PayByLink, to send some of our invoices to patients. Sending invoices via PayByLink means that we can give you more information about the invoice, and also enables you to pay the invoice online if you wish. PayByLink is provided by Medtech Medeor, who also provide our Practice Management System.
We will firstly be using Pay By Link as part of our repeat prescription process. When we complete a requested repeat prescription, we will send the associated invoice via PayByLink, so that you get a copy of the invoice to pay but also know that the repeat prescription has been completed and sent to the pharmacy.
You can still pay for your repeat prescription via online banking, this is no requirement to pay online via PayByLink.
